Organic Grass Fed Rump Steak 2 x 196g (7oz)
All of our Organic Grass Fed Rump Steak come from 100% grass fed free range cows, and are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days.
Rump steak is the great all rounder – Full of flavour, and juicy but tender when cooked to perfection.
We’d recommend to flash fry, but for a little longer – around 3 mins on each side depending on the size of the steak until medium/medium rare. Let it rest a couple of mins, then slice into ribbons to serve.
